New times call for new solutions. In collaboration with our AV partner, we offer various options with regard to streaming & hybrid events. View the various packages we have put together below:
This package includes:
* Polycom with an intelligent 120 degree 4K camera and integrated soundbar. This device ensures that each participant is clearly visible, it is also possible to use the automatic zoom function that zooms in on the speaker.
* Laptop for controlling the Polycom camera, connecting to the guest's streaming platform (MS teams/ZOOM/Skype) and connecting to the Van der Valk beamer.
* Assembly and start-up service by a technician (+/- 1 hour)
With this set-up, the guests themselves provide a laptop with which they participate in the online meeting and share the PowerPoint (if necessary) with the other guests at home and in the room.
The price of this package is € 350.00 per day
including VAT, construction and dismantling
This package includes:
* Streaming equipment (VMIX PC and switch).
* 1x static camera (fixed camera position without cameraman).
* Directing set including laptop.
* Laptop for the speakers (for PowerPoint presentation).
* Spotlight pointer for digitally pointing out points in a presentation that can also be seen by guests watching at home.
* Use Van der Valk streaming platform including chat function and tool for accreditation suitable for 500 online viewers.
* Sound set including 1 handheld and 1 headset microphones.
* Assembly and technical support by 1 person (assembly time is 3 hours).

* 2x PTZ rotatable camera and controls.
* Directing set including laptop.
* Laptop for the moderator in the room (moderator arranged by the organization).
* Laptop for the speakers (for PowerPoint presentation).
* Spotlight pointer for digitally pointing out points in a presentation that can also be seen by guests watching at home.
* Use Van der Valk streaming platform including chat function and tool for accreditation suitable for 500 online viewers.
* Lighting set for speakers in the room.
* Sound set including 2 handheld and 2 headset microphones.
* Assembly and technical support by 2 people (assembly time is 3 hours)
